  2. A: It has electrons which move about freely and therefore carry electricity from one point to another. C: The ions, which carry charge, move about freely; so they carry electricity from one point to another.
  3. B: Ions are strongly bound or held together; so they do not move about. D/E: The atoms or molecules are neutral; that is, positive and negative charges are together so they neutralize each other.
